8. Subscription and Payment

Free accounts are provided without charge. Pro and Clinic plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitalMetrics AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time via your account settings, which will trigger deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
